BC/BE Family Medicine physician is needed for an employed position in eastern Oregon. The opportunity is offering clinic work with incentive based on net revenue collected. Usual work schedule is 4 days per week. If the physician covers ER or OB additional pay of $1560 for Mon - Thurs or $1848 for Fri-Sun and Holidays can be earned. Excellent annual income potential. Excellent sign-on bonus potential: 10K paid if contract is signed within 2 weeks of offer and an additional 10K paid upon the first day of work. Complete benefit package including all insurance, malpractice, 6 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks CME, health, dental, vision. Retirement plan with up to 6% match following the first year of employment. Offer for loan forgiveness if candidate qualifies. The hospital is surrounded by the Strawberry Mountains to the south and the Blue Mountains to the north.
