Some of the highlights include: Shared call schedule with other community physicians. 1:9 facility, practice with a progressive 209 bed hospital. Have privileges to other 3 area hospitals. Instant referral base in conjunction of supportive physicians. Hospital will guarantee all overhead costs, salary and benefits. Average office patient volume is 20 daily. Compensation: Anticipate a salary above the average with a bonus based upon productivity. Your malpractice will be paid along with full benefits. You will be fully supported by the hospital.
