Neonatology Physician Job in Dayton, Ohio!  [05/29/2008]

DAYTON, OH: We are seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our dynamic group (5 full-time, 2 part-time Neonatologists) to provide coverage for a 59-bed Level III NICU in Dayton, Ohio and three satellite Level II hospitals. The regional perinatal-neonatal center has over 5,200 births and approximately 825 admissions annually. There are 8 NNPs that help cover the Level III and Level II institutions. Coverage is in-house at the Level III hospital and the Level II hospitals are covered from home as on-call. Experience with nitric oxide, oscillators and high frequency jet ventilation is desirable. We do offer ECMO (4 to 6 cases per year); experience with this therapy is not a requirement. Medical school affiliation, ongoing clinical research and teaching responsibilities.
