TULSA, OK: Great opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our growing practice of three Neonatologists at St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The hospital delivers about 2,200 newborns per year. In May 2006 we moved into a brand new NICU! Each neonate will have their own room complete with developmentally conducive features. Our 34-bed, Level III NICU receives 450 admissions annually with an average daily census of 32 babies. Our practice is supported by NNP coverage, a Perinatologist, a number of pediatric sub-specialists, and has high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide capabilities. Our practice also supports a Level II NICU at Southcrest Hospital. Tulsa resides along the Arkansas River and with a population of almost 400,000 is the second largest city in the Sooner State. The city has a mix of urban life and western charm.
