BE/BC OB/Gyn needed in western Massachusetts. Join two full-time and one part-time OB/Gyn in this private practice. Call of 1:5. OB/Gyn cover the Level I birthing center with 10 licensed bassinets. Salary is on a guaranteed basis for the first two years then compensation transitions to a percentage of collections with any subsequent contract renewals following the initial 2 year contract period. Salary is negotiated and based upon years of experience, board certification status, etc. Complete benefit package consisting of health, dental, life, disability, and malpractice. There is also a qualified, defined contribution pension/profit sharing plan. 4 weeks of vacation, plus $1500 allowance for CME expenses.
