St Joseph East We are seeking a physician who is board certified in EM. If ABEM, ACLS is required within 6 months of appointment. If not ABEM, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required within 6 months of appointment. Three years of experience required with at least 2 of those years being in an ED with a volume of 15,000 or more. Centrally located in the heart of thoroughbred horse country, Lexington, Kentucky, offers a moderate year-round climate with four well-defined seasons, the University of Kentucky, lots of horse farms, fantastic golf courses, and diverse cultural events. Lexington is close to many areas that are important to the Kentucky history as well as close to the state capital of Frankfort and Louisville, one of the largest cities in Kentucky and home of Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby.
