Holy Rosary Healthcare is a new facility (1995), is very up-to-date (e.g. HRH is very proud of a 64-slice CT scanner - one of only two in the state, a new sleep center and urgent care clinic) and has a very committed staff and Board. There are 44 licensed acute care beds and 107 in the extended care facility. HRH is the only licensed acute care hospital on the eastern part of the state and is a regional referral center. There are 20 healthcare providers on staff, ranging from primary care to surgery to ED. Typically, physicians are employed by the hospital although this is flexible and any sort of arrangement will be considered.
