NANTICOKE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL If you seek a team-oriented, collegial, stable group with unlimited
potential, this is the practice for you! Nanticoke Cardiology
was founded 21 years ago and has had no turnover! We are recruiting
a top-notch interventional cardiologist to grow the program at
Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.
Our tight-knit group of 4 cardiologists includes 2 non-invasive
and 2 invasive, non-interventional physicians. Our work-life
balance (we enjoy a shortened workweek) will allow you to capitalize
on the great activities our area has to offer or take a short
drive to the major cities or beaches surrounding us.
Coronary volume to exceed 250 cases/year with additional opportunity
for peripheral, if desired. (No one at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital
is currently performing peripheral work.)
Your commute will be minimal as our beautiful new clinic is just
a few blocks from the hospital. We have implemented electronic
medical records and have sole access to a 64-slice CTA. Though
you will be treated as a partner from day one, our formal partnership
track is two years with a minimal buy-in. A generous salary plus
production incentives and benefits will be offered.
Nanticoke Memorial Hospital is a Level III trauma center with
an all-digital cath lab located on the beautiful banks of the
Nanticoke River. The Delaware News Journal named Nanticoke Memorial
Hospital as a Top Heart Hospital in emergency based on quality
measures. Our growing medical staff recruited 18 physicians in
the last 2 years and plans to add 20 additional primary care physicians.
Seaford, Delaware is located less than 2 hours from both Washington,
DC and Baltimore, MD but has a cost of living you can really afford!
Our proximity to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Chesapeake Bay
provides an excellent opportunity to have your own beach house.
Enjoy no sales tax, one of the lowest property taxes in the country
and a population expected to double in the next 3 years! Seaford's
Nanticoke River hosts an 87-slip marina and River Walk.
