ALL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL/PEDIATRIC PHYSICIAN SERVICES, INC. West Coast Neonatology, Inc., a 25-physician, neonatology group
located in St. Petersburg, Florida, currently seeks two board
certified neonatologists for locations in Port Charlotte and Bradenton,
Florida. One position exists for an experienced neonatologist
who wants to start a new Level II unit at Peace River Hospital
in Port Charlotte. A second position is available that would
accommodate a recently trained or experienced neonatologist for
a staff level position at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.
Interested candidates should be board certified or eligible (less
than three years after completing their training).
The group is employed by All Children's Hospital, a non-profit,
full service pediatric hospital which is a major teaching affiliate
of the University of South Florida. The selected candidates will
be stationed at Peace River Hospital; a 300-bed facility located
approximately 75 miles from St. Petersburg with plans underway
for a new, seven bed, Level II NICU or Manatee Memorial Hospital,
a 319-bed acute care facility housing an existing Level II NICU.
The option exists to participate in the group's current academic
and teaching activities.
