Permanent General Surgery Position in California [07/16/2008] |
|
Live and work in a charming community approximately one hour from Sacramento to the east of wine country. Ski resorts and San Francisco are less than two hours away and housing costs are very affordable. A General Surgeon with one to two years of experience is needed to treat all age groups including a large Medicare population. Medical group call is 1:2 and ER call is 1:6. The incoming physician will receive a two year agreement and a starting salary of $220,000 plus benefits and up to $8,000 in moving expenses. A first-year bonus of $25,000 will be paid out at $10,000 on start date, $5,000 at 6-month anniversary and $10,000 at 12-month anniversary. An additional $10,000 will be paid at 18-months of employment.
