Good Samaritan Health Center is looking for a dedicated BC/BP emergency, family, or internal medicine trained physician to work in our emergency department. The emergency department at GSHC sees an annual volume of 6,000-7,000 while the adjacent walk-in clinic sees 6,500. The prospective candidate may have special interest in starting an ultrasound program for the department. • Small community Emergency Department just north of larger metropolitan area of 100,000+
• 25 bed critical access hospital
• 9 bed Emergency Department
• 12-13 twelve hour shifts per month
• Real-time x-ray interpretation weekdays between 8am-5pm, and 24 hour CT scan interpretation
• Quality, competent nursing staff
