Do you prefer working the 7p – 7a shift? If so, this Nocturnist opportunity in San Antonio, TX might be exactly what you’re looking for.<br>
A large, 5-hospital network is bringing their hospitalist program in-house. And we need YOU! <br>
Our Nocturnists receive a generous salary of $200,000 per year. Not bad for starters!<br>
You’ll also accrue worked RVUs and they are paid out at $48 each.<br>
You’re only required to work 14 shifts per month. If you’d like to earn some more money (and who doesn’t), then each extra shift you pull puts $1,080 in your pocket ($90 per hour).<br>
Taking call at home will earn you $500 per shift.<br>
The emphasis with this SATX hospitalist opportunity is quality. Quality care begins by you seeing only 16-18 patients per shift. This allows you to devote quality time with each of your patients without stressing you out.<br>
You are rewarded for meeting defined quality measures too. You have the potential to make up to $25,000 per year in achieving these metrics.<br>
Oh, and there’s a $20,000 signing bonus too!<br>
All in all, it’s a very competitive package. And you’ll enjoy the collegial atmosphere of working with a great, cohesive group of hospitalists.<br>
Even working nights, you’re never alone. With our eICU technology, you have a trained Intensivist continually monitoring your ICU patients. That’s piece of mind for you and outstanding, individualized care for your patients.<br>
