Are you an experienced Hospitalist who’s already accumulated some valuable practice experience?<br>

Have you previously managed other physician’s work activities?  Maybe as a Chief Resident or a similar physician management position?<br>

If so, a large and extremely well-respected 5-hospital network has a hospitalist opportunity that may be perfect for you!  This Lead Hospitalist job is an employed position with the healthcare system’s Physician Network.  <br>

Quick Overview of the San Antonio Lead Hospitalist opportunity:<br>

•    Base salary $200,000  <br>

•    Signing bonus $20,000<br>

•    Reimbursed moving expenses up to $10,000<br>

•    18 shifts per month <br>

•    Average patient load of 16 – 18 per day<br>

•    Annual compensation enhanced by worked RVU’s <br>

•    Relative Value Unit credited at $48 per worked RVU<br>

•    Potential bonus every six months (changing to quarterly) of up to $17,500 if quality measures are met for a yearly potential total of $35,000<br>

•    After 18 shifts per month, additional RVU’s can be earned by working more shifts at standard rate of $48 per RVU<br>

•    After 18 shifts per month: <br>
o    (1) You’ll be compensated $90 per hour for night shifts (7 pm -7 am) plus $48 per RVU if physician stays in the hospital.<br>
o    (2) If you choose to take call from home, compensation will be $500 per night shift <br>
