Adult Endocrinologist needed in Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stimulating practice and a fine team of 3 adult endocrinologists and 2 nurse practitioners. The practice is comprised of 50% diabetes and the remaining a mix including female hormone/reproductive cases, thyroid pituitary problems, some thyroid cancer, and metabolic cases. If desired, you may participate in the teaching of internal medicine and family medicine residents through the University of Washington. Involvement in on-going research is also available. The endocrinology offices are located within the clinics main facility, which is located within walking distance of the 2 regional tertiary medical centers. This is a modern facility with outstanding on-site imaging services MRI, CT, US with 6 FT radiologists; the laboratory services are equally impressive with up-to-date technology; and the clinic has begun implementation of the EMR Centricity by GE. Additionally, there is a community Diabetic Education Center and an Osteoporosis Center.
