BC Family Practice physician needed in New York City, NY. Medical Director needed for a Community Health Center. The position is 80-90% administrative with only 1 to 1.5 clinical shifts per week. The facility has a panel of full-time Primary Care physicians; part-time specialists and full-time physician extenders. The facility has a relationship with a leading teaching hospital and supports residency rotations through the center. A major emphasis on preventive care, Women's Health and HIV/AIDS services has established this center a cornerstone in providing care to the medically underserved. No inpatient hospital or on-call responsibilities. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, but not a pre-requisite.
